The Sending Love Studios Mail Club is a monthly subscription that delivers a curated envelope of snail mail straight to your mailbox. Inside each envelope, you’ll find an art print, bookmark, stickers, a heartfelt letter, and other thoughtfully designed paper goods.

Every month is different, but you can expect a mix of items such as art prints, postcards, bookmarks, stickers, stationery, and other surprise paper goods. 

The Sending Love Studios Mail Club is $13 CAD per month.

Subscribers outside of Canada pay an additional international postage surcharge to help cover higher mailing costs.

Yes! Sending Love Studios currently ships to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, Australia, and many other countries worldwide.

The cutoff date is the last day of each month. Any subscriptions placed before the cutoff will receive the following month's Mail Club edition.

All Mail Club orders are packed and shipped during the first week of each month.

The Mail Club runs one month ahead. For example, if you subscribe in July, your first envelope will be the August edition and will ship during the first week of August. This system ensures that every subscriber receives that month's exclusive collection.

If you sign up early in the month, your first shipment may take a little longer to arrive because all Mail Club editions ship together at the beginning of the following month.

Your first payment is charged when you subscribe. After that, your subscription automatically renews on the 3rd of each month until cancelled.

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account before your next billing date. Your subscription will continue to renew until it is cancelled.

Yes! You can manage your subscription through your customer account and skip a shipment if needed.

Shipping times vary by location and are estimates only:

• Canada: 3–10 business days
• United States: 5–14 business days
• International: 1–6 weeks

Please note that customs processing and postal delays may occasionally extend delivery times.

Don't worry! Previous Mail Club editions will be offered as catch-ups in the shop. This gives you the opportunity to get a past month's edition even if you weren't subscribed at the time.

If your envelope arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
